As a dedicated Marriott hotel furniture supplier, we know firsthand that outfitting a newly built hotel in the Middle East leaves absolutely zero room for error. You can’t afford to cut corners when the extreme heat and dry air will quickly destroy cheap materials.
We recently handled the complete FF&E package for the new Marriott Hotel in Saudi Arabia. Our job wasn’t just to manufacture the items in our 40,000-square-meter facility and ship them out. We had to make sure everything fit perfectly on site. Here is a look at the actual process.

Why Choosing the Right Marriott Hotel Furniture Supplier Matters
If you use standard MDF in the Middle East, it will warp and crack within a few months. To prevent this, our factory threw out the standard playbook.
We used high-density, moisture-resistant plywood cores for all the custom cabinets and wall panels. For the finish, we applied heavy-duty UV-protective veneers. Our entire production runs strictly under ISO14001:2004 environmental guidelines, which means these materials are tough enough for the desert but still meet the strict China Environmental Labeling standards.

For the lobby, the lounge chairs needed to look high-end but perform like airport seating. We combined high-resilience fire-retardant (FR) foam with tough commercial-grade leather. We run our upholstery lines under the ISO9001 quality management system, so every single chair that leaves the floor has the same consistent quality.

The Reality of On-Site Installation
A lot of hotel projects get delayed because the factory’s CAD drawings don’t match the actual concrete walls on site. We ran into this exact problem in the lobby. When our deployment team opened up the feature walls, they found a mess of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) wiring right where our panels were supposed to go.
Instead of cutting corners and using a ton of caulk to hide the gaps, our guys brought out the laser levels. They built custom wooden sub-frames directly over the wiring on the job site.

Building these frames gave us a perfectly flat base. The decorative panels snapped into place exactly as intended, completely hiding the wiring without delaying the hotel’s opening date.

The Final Look
Check out the finished spaces below. In the public lounge, our custom console series and display units give the lobby that classic modern luxury feel.
In the guest rooms, we installed custom ribbed wood feature walls, twin beds, and workstations. Everything is clean, functional, and built to survive heavy commercial use.
